Thames Valley School is supported by a Transition Management Board (TMB), which was introduced in October 2022. The role of the committee, who were appointed by Trustees, within Liberty Academy Trust is to provide support, challenge, and guidance to the academy at a local level, with a focus on driving improvement in educational outcomes. The members of the committee are:

• Gemma Buley, Deputy Principal
• Nic Law, Director of Safeguarding and TMB Safeguarding Link
